San Mateo

San Mateo

San Mateo is quite the city to live in and has just about everything you could ask for in a suburb: a bustling downtown with a seemingly endless supply of restaurants and shops, beautifully kept parks and a diversity of neighborhoods. The city boasts two massive shopping centers (Hillsdale and Bridgepointe), a twelve-screen movie theater and a 9-hole golf course just outside of the city limits. Coyote point, located along the bay at the northern end of town, is rich with activity with a sprawling picnic area and park, access to windsurfing, a private marina and a science and wildlife center.

The housing and neighborhoods offered in San Mateo are just as diverse as the city’s attractions. From starter homes in upcoming neighborhoods out by the bay to multi-million dollar estates in the cities more affluent neighborhoods, you are sure to find a home that fits any budget.
